Bobby Au Yeung nominated for a Emmy Award

Bobby Au Yeung has been nominated for the best performance in actor award for the International Emmy Awards for this year in his supporting role in Dicey Business.

He made it to the top five. Which means, even if he doesn't win, he will receive a special gift anyways.

In his honour to his nomination, TVB hosted a special press event. He was presented with a special congratulation card by executive, Virgina Lok . The card conveyed the message "Glory at the Emmys, bringing honour to Hong Kong".

Bobby was excited at the event where he revealed he will also attend the TVB anniversary celebration on Saturday then fly to New York with his wife for a gala presentation.

He smiled and said, ""I hope that I can bring honour to the company, but the competition is very strong and includes British actor Jim Broadbent (best supporting actor Oscar winner). However, I am still very happy to be able to take part and very thankful to the company."
