Billy Crawford Sings at Akon's 2nd Manila Concert

International performer Billy Crawford will be the special guest in RnB singer Akon's concert "Akon: The Freedom Tour" on July 4, 2009 at the Araneta Coliseum, Quezon City, Philippines. This will be Akon's 2nd concert in the country, the first one was held last November 2007.

This is not the first time that Crawford will be working with Akon. They already had a show in France a few years back and they have a common friend in Divine, Crawford's first choreographer in US and Akon's current manager.

Crawford is all praises for the RnB singer, he stated: "Yeah, I will welcome (him). Excited ako to be on the same stage and to do my set. And I'm sure he is also excited to be back in the Philippines." He further stated: "I'd performed with him before. So performing with him out of all the circumstances, kung anuman ang nangyari sa kanya sa stage recently (translation: whatever happened to him on stage recently), about all the controversial stuff, Akon is a great performer. He is a good guy to be with. He is fun to be with."
