i think for ur situation, it is better for your personal wellbeing that u try to transfer to A Uni.. although, catching up may be a bit hard.. but nothing comes easy..
if u want happiness and to enjoy ur UNI life.. u hv to make some sort of effort..

being stuck in a place, u dont like.. will only make the matters worst, as u soon, u will start to feel that u no longer want to go UNI and be stuck in a hole for few hrs of ur day.. and then, it will affect ur study results.. so my advice..

work harder now, and get into a better place and live a great uni student life ^^
