Big Bang's TOP and Taeyang have contributed a song entitled Friend for the upcoming MBC drama Friend, Our Legend (which is headlined by Hyun Bin). YG entertainment has revealed that the song will be featured in the first episode that will be airing on June 27th.

The song is composed by Big Bang's TOP and former 1Tym member Teddy. The lyrics was also stated to have been written by TOP.

The drama is actually an adaptation of the 2001 movie, Friend which starred Jang Dong Gun

I really like this song! and it'll make waves for sure even if Big Bang is currently overseas...

mmm... supposedly Jang Dong Gun will again play for this sequel but idk what happened... Hyun Bin was given the role instead... hope it'll be good for Hyun Bin this time coz the drama with Song Hye Kyo last year didn't turn out so well
