I've just begun watching Korean Dramas but as soon as I saw the delectable Joo Ji Hoon; I knew there could be no other. I watched the entire first series of Goong in two days. And just begun watching The Devil/Muwang.

I would say Lee Byung Hun and Song Hye Kyo. Although, Bae Yong Jun could qualify as a good looking actor too - not with his long hair though.
