To anymore concerns about April Wilkner’s comfort with her heritage. She has spoken about that issue many times. She has said that it was never her intent to make people feel she was ashamed of her Asian roots. She is proud of her heritage both Caucasian and Asian. It was the producer’s idea to use any comment she said about her Asian heritage against her. April is a proud Japanese woman and she is not ashamed of it.

I remember her! She was my favorite in the season 2 of ANTM. I was hoping for her to win because she will be the first Asian model to win in ANTM, but unfortunately she didn't.

Wow Krazoom, you did a good job with the interview!!! How did you able to meet her? and interview her as well!?! I actually got to know her more with the interview you've done than when she's at the ANTM house... lol...

... correct me if I'm wrong: Was she the one who puked the Japanese food for the commercial shoot at Japan? If yes, based on the interview, I got to understand her actions... she knows Japanese food so maybe the food she's supposed to shallow was not at par with her Japanese palate... lol...

lol no I never met her.. I contacted her though her email and she replied back.. I was pretty surprised she replied because I didn't expect it.. She was very busy I guess so she asked me to send her emailed questions which she got back to me about a week later.. Loved her during ANTM and her agreeing to the interview just made me love her even more.

She was my favorite on America's Next Top Model. She is really awesome because not only is she gorgeous but she is smart too.

one thing i dont like about april, is that she seems to be embarrased with her asian root...why should her. that what makes he special and beautiful. glad she didint win. although at first i want her to.
