Synopsis
SPOILERS: CAUTION
This story goes off like this, in short terms, is actually a lukewarm-ish story. As they enter their teenager years, they meet one resilent girl Shin-ae (Han Chae Young) who is in love with Eun-suh's brother, Yun Joon-suh (Song Seung Hun). Because his refusal to her makes her very jealous, not only because her rejection was cruel and it stung her. It was the fact Eun-suh shared such a close relationship with her brother, and with this she decided to start picking on Eun-suh. With this, Joon-suh as a teenager (Choi Woo Hyuk), and a upcoming growing young man bowed and begged for her to leave Eun-suh alone.
After Eun-suh does a crazy attempt to retrieve a shirt high up in the tree, furious, Joon-suh demands to know who did this. After conforting Shin-ae, Eun-suh gets hit by a speeding car on her bicycle.
With then this is where the story now begins to spice up, and makes it very much interesting. After taking DNA/Blood sample tests, both parents of Eun-sooh and Joon-suh are actually O while Eun-sooh is actually B.
As they return back to their respectful parents, and Joon-suh goes to United States; he becomes infatuated and wants to be in love with Eun-sooh but does not truly know it until he is older. Because they share such a close relationship, he once asked her if they were never siblings, would she truly love him back?
Review:
This story in my mind by no doubt, is a truly epic romance story. It fills every emotion inside of you, sometimes you'll feel spite towards Shin-ae and sometimes towards Joon-suh for his naiveity. But as the story progresses, you feel more and more attached in seeing Joon-suh and Eun-suh become closer and closer. Though this is a epic romance story, every love story does not have a good ending. The ending is what makes you truly feel sad, and you cannot bear with it. It's like comprising in either what Joon-suh is in the movie, a beautiful painting or song. But if you accept the story, you will be treated to an heartfelt, trite, dramatic, and overwhelming romance story. The series unfolds and sometimes becomes tedious, because sometimes it goes so many times back in the flashback, but in a sense it's giving you awareness.
But that's the beauty of this drama, it fills you satisifed, and not longing for more. Some characters in my opinion, are probably just there for a reason, while some are static and others are dynamic. This story truly becomes one unforgetful story in your heart, and even if it is old. Take your time to go ahead and rewatch it again, and let the memories flow inside of you.
Because a proverb says, "Blooming flowers can only spring when loved."
