Indonesian: satay ayam (it was once a favorite when i was younger)[/b]

Vietnamese: tofu/vegetarian spring rolls

Malaysian: nasi lemak

Pilipino: vegetarian lumpia, vegetarian pancit, halo halo (without the ube)

Hmong/Laotian: kapeun

Khmer: bok la hong (papaya salad)

Indian: samosas!

Asian food is too wide of a range to choose from. Thai food my favorite foods would be Tom Yam and Chicken Curry. For Chinese food my favorite would be their dumplings. Vietnamese my taste buds belong to Pho. Cambodian, I really like the fishpaste stuff they make; its really strong. Japanese food I like of course Sushi and Ramen. As for the rest of the Asian countries I didn't mention I havent really tried their foods, exactily why I say its to wide of a range.
