Team Singapore, gym buddies Adrian Yap and Collin Low, has won The Amazing Race Asia Season 2 (TARA2). The second place went to Team Malaysia composed of sisters Pamela and Vanessa Chong. Best buddies Marc Nelson and Rovilson Fernandez of Team Philippines grabbed the third place.

The last leg of the race was raced in Singapore flying from South Africa where a neck and neck race in the road block was witnessed. The amazing memory of Adrian Yap speed him up in the road block's flag challenge for the correct order of the country of every pitstop. In spite of the lead of Team Philippines in previous legs, the last challenge slowed them to third place making Team Malaysia happy in beating the team with most records of wins in the legs.

Viewers admired the different teams not just for their competitiveness but also for their strength of characters and humor. Team Singapore has shown viewers that one can still communicate effectively even if a teammate has a hearing impairment. Team Malaysia has shown viewers that the sister's bond and an all girl's team can make it through the race. And Team Philippines has shown that in a race one should still maintain humor and wit, even craziness, to be able to enjoy an amazing race.

Season finale of TARA2 was shown tonight at 9pm Singapore time at AXN-Asia. Allan Wu hosted the Race.

I knew the finale w0uld be surprising & I was right.
I never w0uldve guessed that Marc & Rovilson w0uld be third in the race.

I've got a feeling that Adrian and Collin won prior to season finale coz their Sony advertisements are everywhere unlike the other Sony ads where they only show Vanessa and Rovilson together... the ads are a giveaway but I still hoped that Marc and Rovilson won, if only Marc did the final challenge!!! lol... but yeah these two don't have a leg that they didn't make me laugh with their antics!

... but Adrian's memory is amazing! You should watch season finale!

I was so so dissapointed with the result.
Mark and Rovilson is a strong contender.Well that the game,full of surprizes.
Congrats to all ten teams.Wish the next season will be more exiting.

How about Paolo Bediones and Miriam Quiambao for the next season for team Philippines?

i had wished philippine team wins anyway they got the 3rd place, congratulations to Adrian & Collin.
