wel im the type of cant easily sleep even im tired.
everytime on bed when i wanna try to close my eyes,but my mind still running..............
can anyone help me up as i had tried taking hot drink/ n so on....
but i still cant get rid of it!!!!!!!!!!!!1

why not read anything before you sleep...a novel is better...

lol. I'm not exactly sure about how I fall asleep. Like you, when I have something on my mind I have trouble sleeping, but that only depends on what I am thinking about. So try thinking about something you like and create a fictional novel in your head. Usually, my stories are about me becoming a famous singer/actor/basketball/football star and marrying the current female celebrity I had a crush on. I would think about the house and how everything would be set up. I think of my children, my dog, my friends, etc. Eventually it would become too perfect so I would think about a situation where I or my wife would be unfaithful and drama arises. AND if you think about all this, chances are you might be asleep before you know it! At least thats what I do... I usually have to skip my mind to the drama where me or my spouse gets caught cheating on one another, because I hate falling asleep before I get to the good parts! LMAO

The main thing is: Don't think about anything that's bothering you or actually, don't think about anything that is REAL.

I actually tried counting sheep in my head once too. It works too to my surprise!

i agree to lilxjoanna try do the counting it'll work. and reading books..
i think you should empty your mind from thoughts before sleeping ,i'm always do that .. try and you will get the difference
I listen to nice music
sometimes instrumentals of my favorite songs.
Or I create stories in my head.
yah...listening to music will help...really!...everytime i can't sleep i will listen to my mp3...it will relax your mind and stop u from thinking other things...
