Synopsis Yun Jun-suh and Yun Eun-suh love each other very much to the point that both the brother and sister stick together like glue. It's rare to see them separated unless in school and even there, it's hard not to see that they'll always be together. In addition to the love they have for each other, they have the love of their lovely wealthy parents. Choi Shin-ae can only dream of a life like Yun-suh and Jun-suh however, her life is their complete opposite. Her brother is a thief and her mother owns a restaurant and is abusive towards her because of their financial problems created by her older brother and her deceased father. Shin-ae, unlike Eun-suh, is the smartest student in the class even though her life is so unbearable. One day, Eun-suh is hit by a car, and Jun-suh and Eun-suh's world completely changes. Later, Shin-ae's life is also completely changed after Eun-suh's doctor reveals her blood matches neither her mother nor her fathers. Following that revelation, a heart wrenching separation occurs and even later, the introduction of "forbidden love." What will happen to Jun-suh and Eun-suh's glue-like relationship?
I love this series, but I prefer to call it Autumn Fairy Tale.
this is a pretti good drama...but no happy ending...realli sad and depressing....but still good drama....

!!!!! This was my VERY FIRST korean drama, and I just LOVE it!!!!!!

The leading roles did such a great job that after I finished this drama, I HAD to look for others! The ending was so sad!!!

Everyone acted so well, though! I mean, I sooo wished that Eun Hye and Jun Hye could end up together, so very very badly!! I watched it with chinese dub... so the names might not be accurate hehe!
this is my very 1st korean drama too..i like song hye kyo and won bin..not so much on song seong hun..
the ending is sad..cried when i saw it...
I liked every series of Song Hye Kyo but this series made me cry a lot. I stop from watching it after the first ten episodes. I don't want to cry a lot more than what I already done.
Autumn in my Heart was very touching, but so very sad :[ i loved the acting throughout (especially from the child actors). <3 moon geun yeong :3 song hye kyo was great too. :] throughout the entire drama, i was always on the brink of crying ;_; n then near the middle, i couldn't handle it anymore and i jsut really bawled. - - it takes a lot to get me to cry, so this was really something. this drama isn't on the top of my list, but i do highly recommend it if you're in the mood for something seriously tragic >> nevertheless, i still actually enjoyed everything this drama had to offer, cinematography wise :3 the scenery was really fitting.
This was my first Korean drama- I cried a river because I wasnt used to the sister/brother/cancer thing. I didnt sleep well a whole week after finishing the drama because I was sooooooooo sad that they died. sniff poor parents (both side)
not bad... but the ending... (>.<)
