[Original First Season Couples]



Alex and Shin Ae -- they are known as the "movie couple". Their relationship from beginning to end makes you wish you had that kind of relationship with your lover or spouse. Eventually, Alex will leave the show around episode 8 to concentrate on his solo album, My Vintage Romance. Within 2 months time, they will reunite again for the first time. Will it be the same for the both of them again?


Andy and Solbi -- this couple is known as the "dorky" couple. They like expressing their love for each other in public and often get cuddly within living with each other. You would enjoy this couple's company right from the start.


Jun Hyung Don and Saori -- they're known as the funny odd couple. How they quarrel and interact with each other will get you laughing from the beginning to end. Lee HwiJae is the lazy guy that never likes doing anything but sleep. Which is why he known as the, "Fat" guy. While, Jo YeoJeong tries her hardest to get her "husband" to spend time with her. He would abandon her.

Eventually, they will get replaced by Lee HwiJae and Jo YeoJeong during episode 9.


HwangBo and Kim HyunJoong -- they are known as the comedic couple. Hyun Joong is always making jokes and she would always laugh at everything he says. There will be times you'll see her laughing so hard, she would fall out of her seat.

In some way, this couple might make you feel they're more like brothers and sisters than a married couple.


CrownJ and Seo InYoung -- they are known as the cute quarreling couple. CrownJ acts and dresses like a rapper because of this, you often will see him interacting in English with his wife, InYoung. They often quarrels and disagree in a lot of things but eventually in the end, they will make up for it.


Marco & Son Dam B -- This couple might remind you of couples that likes to have fun. They enjoy each others company due to reasons they known each other before even appearing on 'We Got Married'. Marco tends to like to call his wife, "Killer!" which usually a phrase to say, "Wow, my wife is so fine!"



Hwanhee (Fly to the Sky member) & Hwayobi -- You would most definitely enjoy this couples company due to reasons, they seem really compatible with each other from the start. Hwanhee enjoys being mean to her that he tends to tease her a lot, but she enjoys it. This couple is most definitely a couple you'd enjoy watching!

[Lunar New Year Couples]
These couples arrived to the series in the second semester of season 1.


Kangin & Lee Yoon Ji --
The Acorn Jelly couple. After their first meeting while passing the Han River, Yoonji remarks how she has always thought the waves remind her of acorn jelly. Kangin says he has always thought the same, though to her disbelief. It is later revealed in a radio interview recorded before they met that he was telling the truth.


Hyungdon & Taeyeon --
Jelly Pudding couple. This couple had to overcome several adversities. Hyungdon had been previously married on the show and left by his partner Saori because of his lack to commit properly. There was also the issue with the gap in their age Hyungdon being well past his prime.


Jun Jin & Si Young --
The Gundam Couple. Why gundum? Well Si Young just to happen to have an entire room filled with Gundum memorabilia that is off limits to anyone but her. "Touch my gundums and you die" that was actually written in the room. They were a destructive couple but eventually lightend up with lead to an off screen REAL relationship.


Shin Sung Rok & Kim Shin Young --
Kim Shin Young is almost 6 feet tall! And Sung Rok, well, ever hear of a hobbit? This was an odd paring but the two still worked well with each other.

[Temporary Replacement Couples]


Lee HwiJae and Jo YeoJeong -- they are known as the odd couple too! They can't seem to bridge the gap between their 10-year age difference. You also might find that they don't got any chemistry between each other because their likes are total opposites. In example, Lee HwiJae's music like the oldies and wifey would love the "current" music! On the other hand, they're pretty supportive with each other.


Choi Jin Young (39) & Lee Hyun Ji (21) -- The concept of having them as a couple was to see how they can overcome the age difference. If you thought the 9 year gap between former couple, Lee Hwi Jae (37) and Jo Yeo Jeong (28) was big, wait till you experience the difference of 17 years with this new addition to the program. Unfortunately, due to tragic event of Choi Jin Young's sister, Choi Jin Shil committing suicide the couple no longer continued to film

hmm..??? i think you should move HwangBo and Hyun Joong & Crown J and Inyoung Pairing into the first season couples joanna cause they are part of the first season couples....lol.
