Journey arrived in Manila on March 1, 2009 with Arnel Pineda himself meeting them in the Ninoy Aquino International Airport. The band will be kicking off their Asian tour in three cities of Japan (Tokyo, Nagoya and Osaka). They will go back to Manila for a one-night concert entitled "An Evening with Journey" at the Mall of Asia Concert Grounds on March 14, 2009 at 8:00 p.m. Final leg of the tour will be in China.

Journey's last performance in Japan was in 1998 and this will be their first time to perform in the Philippines and China.

American rock band Journey lead singer Arnel Pineda mentioned on an interview in abs-cbn's Entertainment Live (December 6, 2008 episode) that Journey will start their 2009 Asian tour in the Philippines. He didn't mention the exact date of the concert, though.

He will be in the Philippines until mid March or early April 2009 and is currently busy with wedding plans with his long time partner which will be held next year.

i wish that the tour concert will be success, and that of his wedding bells plans a best wishes in advance.

I recently purchased the Revelation album after my friend let me take a listen. Congrats on Arnel for his performances and on joining this wonderful band. DONT STOP BELIEEEEEEEVING!

Journey will be kicking off their Asian tour at a one-night concert entitled "An Evening with Journey" at the Mall of Asia Concert Grounds on Saturday March 14, 2009 at 8:00 p.m.

Tickets will be available at ticketnet. The ticket prices and seating are as follows:
