Synopsis

Beethoven Virus draws the story of people who've been abandoned by music and have abandoned music themselves. These people create an orchestra and encounter many difficulties.

Kang Ma Eh is an orchestra conductor in his 40's. He is an elite workaholic conductor with a very bad reputation, and who will do absolutely anything in order to create the very best music. However, due to his self-righteous and stubborn personality that makes him think only his thoughts are correct, he is unable to form good relationships with those around him. He also is insists that classical music is made for nobility only. Lee Ji Ah plays 27 year old Du Ru Mi, a frank and lively talented girl who plays the violin by ear. She may seem womanly and elegant on the surface but she is tomboyish girl who even dares to share adult videos with her male friends. Jang Geun Suk plays Kang Gun Woo, a person who is gifted musically with the perfect pitch. The three of them form a love triangle.

if you noticed the broadcast period of this drama is on September 3, 2008 so it was not yet shown in korea

hmm orchestra sounds boring....but anything can happen ill give it a shot

it is quite informative about music..

oh, i'm watching it right now on TV and it's really good. i really like it, but then again, i'm into classical music...

it´s on my list of k-dramas to watch, and I already got the OST, it´s beautiful!

A big fan of this series.
I seemed to be infected with the 'virus' when I watched it, it's really exciting and yah, the OST is really great.
And the characters are really interesting.
