They haven't announced anything official yet but based on other forum threads, it seems it will have around 20-22 episodes.

I'm really loving Fated to Love You. Such an addictive drama. It's got everything from comedy, romance, tragedy and general life struggles.
I can't believe the emotional twist it took with the loss of the baby and it had me crying sooo much, especially when I saw how much Chen Xin Yi cried! It was devastating, she's such a good actress!
This drama has been great bringing some real controversial and complex issues to light such as abortion, miscarriage, the struggles of love and marriage. It's just got soo many things that are thought-provoking!
I love the show and hope it never finishes!
