RE: Anyone fluent in Japanese?
Nope, but I would love to be. I think the language is so intresting and I want to learn it when I'm older. Even if it's just the basics.

RE: Anyone fluent in Japanese?
I'm not Fluent.....just a noob T.T lol

But I have take one semester in Japanese and pass with an A lol.

It's funny Japanese is both easy and hard. I know my hiraganas, katakanas and a few phrases. The only problem i have is the listening skills and the kanji lol.

Learning a language takes alot of time and effort , thats what I learn trying to learn both Japanese and Spanish.

learning it at school right now, it's pretty easy, but only because i already speak korean, and the sentence structure and some words are the same. Big Grin

I'm learning Japanese now, but I'm not fluent. I go to a learning centre twice a week for two hours each time.

Rolleyes RE: Anyone fluent in Japanese?
I don't know any of it except what I pick up from some anime shows, but I am willing to learn.
If any one can e-mail me and help me by teaching me some simple words? I would greatly appreciate it.

RE: Anyone fluent in Japanese?
I'm fluent because I am (Japanese, that is). Japanese is HARD! I have some students I'm trying to teach as independent study, and I honestly think it IS the most difficult language to learn.

I've dabbled with spanish, french, and chinese. Oh, and I was ESL. Nothing comes close to Japanese. I never tried Korean though.

I have A LOT of respect for anyone who has mastered it.
