RE: any tips to thick hair??
I use to have thick hair too but now my hair is slowly getting thin. It wont make you go bald but I don't know how you would gain your thick hair back. However, if you want to try volume shapoo it would make your hair looks like you have a lot.

RE: any tips to thick hair??
A good quality natural (not synthetic) multivitamin/mineral will help with both healthier hair and nail growth. Stress, poor nutrition, heredity, and hormonal imbalances all add to the thinning of hair. Also, until the thinning is under control, it's best to refrain from tying up your hair in a pony tail.

After taking a multivitamin regularly, I need to get my hair cut more frequently as well as trim my nails. It isn't just what we put on our hair, but what we put in our bodies that affects the outsides (hair, skin, nails).

The nutrition company I order mine from sent me a bunch of samples. Send me a message if you'd like me to send a pack to you.

RE: any tips to thick hair??
Some people lose their hair when they get older but I would suggest going to see a doctor about it. It maybe a medical problem or simply something that you inherited genetically. I would be too afraid to try something that's not proven to be effective on humans. Horse shampoo! I am pretty lucky, my hair is still very thick and my hair dresser comments about it every time I go for a hair cut.

I think you just need to make sure that you're taking care of your body as a whole aka sleep the right amount of hours and drinking enough water and everything and your hair will eventually reflect your overall health

RE: any tips to thick hair??
sometimes using the same conditioner or shampoo causes you to loose your hair or even make your hair thin.. use a different kind of shampoo every month or when the bottle runs out. and switch it back and forth. the horse shampoo is for people that have dead hair to revive it i believe so. my cousin uses it for her DEAD ass hair. .. if its not those that are causing the problem.. see a doctor. loosing hair can be a very serious thing although many people don't take it like that. leukemia (a type of cancer if you do not know) causes you to loose hair. check it out with the doctor Smile hope it not it and you could fix the problem as soon as possible.

RE: any tips to thick hair??
try using baby oil instead of a conditioner and leave it in over night once a week for at least a month..then shampoo twice after leaving it in to wash away the residue. i heard it works and your hair becomes more healthy looking.lol. not sure about horse shampoo though...?
