Any college students?
I really, REALLY dislike finals. I especially dislike having to write SO many papers! Ugh. Why?

But, of course, it's all my fault. I'm the one who procrastinated and left these things to the last minute. *sigh* I mean, they're not technically due until Monday, by 5pm, but STILL -- it's already Sunday (technically) and I have to go to work today. *sigh again*

Gah, sorry -- it's only my second post and I'm already complaining. I hope no one minds too much that I'm ranting/complaining.

If there's anyone out there who can help me STOP procrastinating, I'd really appreciate it!

Thanks!

(and HI! I promise, I'm not a horribly, whiny person! It's just finals -- and I'm a senior, so...yeah, very important!)

You should have a timetable/schedule of what the things you have to do. Planning ahead can go far.

As for me, not in university yet but when I get to grade 11 and 12, I'm going have to work my butt off to get my average to atleast 85% to get into a decent university. I plan on majoring in the field of business. I hope I can get lucky!

Yeah I'm a college student! I hear ya about procrastinating, luckily, I haven't been doing much lately. I used to be so bad at it. Term papers suck as well, but hey, you're a senior, you're not too far from teh real world.

Haha, I don't know if I'm supposed to feel better about that whole being a senior and thus being closer to the real world comment...that's scarier! Or maybe it'll be better. Dunno. What are you studying?

Moi? J'étudie le français...et le coréen.
(Me? I'm studying French...and Korean.)

As for those of you who are going to be in college soon...where are you thinking of going? Where do you want to go? (if you haven't gotten these questions yet, don't you worry, you'll get it plenty. if you've already gotten them a million times, sorry!)

And, yes, a LOT of papers in college. Of course, the exact quantity will depend on your professor, your major, and...well, I dunno, other factors.

Ok, another paper to write! Off to work for me Smile

J'etudie le francais aussi. Mais, je suis tres mal. (Too lazy to add the accents)

Anyways, how is studying Korean? Do you need to know a lot of Korean before studying it or do they have certain levels?

RE: Any college students?
Ah bon! Un autre étudiant de français! (I've gotten VERY used to switching back and forth between a French and American keyboard on my computer, so adding accents isn't that big of a deal anymore!)

As for the Korean, well, to be a Korean minor, I just needed to take a set group of classes. I was able to skip the beginner language classes (due to the fact that I already speak/read/write Korean), but you do need to complete up to a certain level in Korean to be able to complete your minor.

RE: Any college students?
even though im not a college student yet maybe in two years. but i took one semester of college(I'm in a program call TPA Turning Points Academy, which we got to our school for a semester and then switch to college for one semester) i also recieve some credits too. it is hard and the teacher dont really explain work that good(for me). and i have the essay(we got to write more than 5 pages of essay!, but the good thing. i now know how to write long essay and its not hard any more.) i somehow love college now, but i still hate the long walks across campus and there's no bell, but yeah cant wait to enter college.

I'm in college and yeah..finals are the worse.

I just got done with mine and I really don't know how I did. The professors are lagging behind with the grades and I just hope I maintain my gpa, which is looking good right now. -Crosses fingers.-
