i cant sleep at night.., i try talking on the phone, and other activities like watching t.v to get my mind off myself and life..
but i feel lonly all the time and i dont want to do this anymore.

Hi CupCake.. You know I suffer from anxiety so I know what you might be going through. It's not easy trying your hardest to be social but still suffering from this disorder. Have you considered counseling? It really had helped me in tremendous ways when I was in high school.

I think everyone goes through periods like this. I know that I sure have before in the past. I don't know what went on but I think talking about it helps.

to relieve the stress I would hang out with my friends a lot. Hanging out with your friends is probably the best way to let go of some steam.

I've gone through the exact same thing and I know how it feels. I commend you for talking about it here.
I know I was too afraid of people's judgments to say anything. Outside of the home I pretended everything was alright but inside you feel a deep ache and longing for something but you're not sure what. You feel lonely and so so tired, not the sleep kind but just mentally exhausted. Take a day or two off and then start from scratch. Exercise everyday intensely and eat tons of fruits, if you feel good on the inside then its easier to feel better mentally.

Make a list of everything that is new, good and the bad to see what might be bothering you. Try to spend time with your good friends and family but not in big events but one on one.

What I did was not healthy and that was buried myself in video games... I wasn't happy with life so I used a different life to get away from it all... Pretty much since I had no life, I took on many different ones... xD

But what I really should've done was seek help or let it out more. Actually I think a friend did that for me and I now accept and love life even though nothing's really changed except me being a lot older. And I still love video games!

So I'm glad that you are sharing it with all of us! That's a big step and we're to talk to if you need to!
