AmpedAsia Guidelines and General Forum Rules

1. Follow the guidelines. The Amped Asia Guidelines are set of instructions that are made to be followed by ALL AmpedAsia users (guests, members, site staff, supermoderators and administrator). Follow these guidelines and you will have a good time at AmpedAsia Forums. Violation of these guidelines can result in Amped Points deduction or a banning (permanent or temporary).
2. Read the FAQ. FAQ stands for Frequently Asked Questions. Reading the AmpedAsia FAQ will give you an idea on what’s inside AmpedAsia forums and give you a heads-up about forum issues technical info and others. You can also read the Help Documents for added guidelines.
3. Read the titles and descriptions. Titles and descriptions give you the general idea on what’s inside the sections, subforums and threads. Read the titles and descriptions before posting to save you some embarrassment. Exercise sound judgment and post in the proper section of the forums. In this manner we can maintain an organized forum and will make your experience in AmpedAsia more enjoyable.
4. Read and Follow Forum Specific Rules. Some forums and subforums or sections have additional set of rules. They're usually pinned at the top of the subforum or section, so please read them carefully.
5. Perform a search. The SEARCH button is located in the upper right portion of the page. The SEARCH is used if you need to find a topic without going through the process of browsing every each thread under the sections. Perhaps the question you have has already been answered or the topic is being discussed. Performing a search before starting a new topic of your own will also avoid duplication of topic.
6. Conduct yourself in a respectable manner. No insulting other members. Please respect the opinions of others. In like manner, please respond in a tone that will not incite hateful responses or flaming. Unnecessary complaints should be avoided. Pornography, harassment, threat and other forms of misconduct will not be tolerated.
7. No Spamming. What is spam? Spam is meaningless topics/posts that are irrelevant to the topic at hand, or it could be the same topic posted in multiple forums/threads. Spam can also be posts which are one- or two-word responses, such as LOL, HAHAHA or nonsensical and gibberish words like 40RUJDKNLKJEO9.
8. No Referral Sites or Advertisements. Meaning freeIpods.com referrals, and other sites that are similar to this. Sites offering cash for referrals are also not allowed. If you wish to have a paid advertisement, please PM AmpedAsia’s administrator, Lance.
9. No Sharing of Amped Points. Members found sharing Amped Points will be banned. What this means is that two people cannot simply give each other Amped Points in order to win a prize and then split the cash prize. If this system was allowed, we would be in deep financial trouble.
10. No User Accounts under the same email/IP address. Members found with the same email/IP address will be banned. In a similar manner, no two member
11. No Double Posting. What is double posting? Double posting means posting 2 or more replies consecutively on the same thread without any reply by other members between your posts. When you have something to add but your post is still the last post, click the EDIT button located at the lower right portion of your post to modify your post. Bear in mind that double posts will be merged by supermoderators or administrator and will be counted as 1 post.
12. No Profanity. Use clean language. The use of profane words such as swearing is not allowed. This will lead to post editing and you will be warned or banned.
13. No Sexually Explicit Materials or Comments. Let’s make the forums CLEAN. Not all members and/or readers are of mature age and mind. AmpedAsia has a Mature Uncensored Talk Section. Please post there for such materials or comments.
14. Languages. We understand that not all forum members/users are fluent in written English, but if you do write in a language other than English, please provide a translation so that other AmpedAsia members/readers will understand your post/reply.
15. No posers and related attitudes are allowed. A member found having two accounts, posing as a different person and exchanging replies is not allowed and might lead to banning. The banning depends on how this member acts with the usage of the two accounts and how this member uses the accumulated amped points earned.

If violations are incurred, any member can report the violators through PM to the Forum Staff, like the administrator, ascended moderators and supermoderators.

The Forum Staff reserves the right to lock, merge, move or delete threads and/or posts to their best judgment in accordance to the AmpedAsia Guidelines. Members who are caught violating the forum rules will be given a warning through PM and/or a bad reputation. In addition to this, you will receive a warning percentage or infraction. We highly encourage you to read the Members Banned FAQ to have a better insight on how we determine on who stays and who goes.

In a like manner, the Administrator reserves the right to deduct a member’s amped points and/or ban a member, temporary or permanent banning. The Moderators have ban powers too. But if you deem that the Forum Staff made a mistake, you can post your sentiments here.

These set of guidelines will be changed and/or updated whenever necessary. Constantly check these guidelines to avoid violations and help create a user-friendly AmpedAsia forums to all.

The AmpedAsia Guidelines and General Forum Rules were modified and updated to help you guys better understand AmpedAsia and how the forum works... check the main post on top of this thread

It's really ironic that even though you all are in the section for the forum rules and regulations you still are not following them.. hypergurlie557 one of the most annoying things is when people double post and it's one of the most common problems with new users. Refrain from double posting please.
