AmpedAsia has two types of moderators: Ascended Moderators and Supermoderators. Ascended Moderators are seasoned moderators who has been maintaining the forums for a while now. Supermoderators, on the other hand, are the so-called newbies of moderators. If the supermoderators have proven their worth, they might be promoted to Ascended Moderators.
The need for more moderators arises as the forum activities rise.
Q: What is a Site Staff?

RULES AND POLICIES:
Q: Why does it say 'BANNED' under my name?
A: Members who violated the forum rules are banned based on the moderators' violation reports and administrator’s assessments on the reports.
Please read the forum rules before posting to avoid such a feat. To see the Ban List and other banning concerns, click here.
Q: How can I remove my banned status?
A: If you deem that your banned status is unjust and should be removed, you can post your sentiments here.
Q: What is the warning level?
A: The warning level is the administrator's gauge on the Who's Who on the Ban List. If your posts or threads did not conform to the AmpedAsia Forum Rules, then the moderators will give you a warning. As your warning level rises, your chances to be banned will also rise. Please read the Forum Rules to be guided.
Q: What are Amped Points?
A: Amped Points are earned for posting, making threads, and adding polls. You will earn 2 points per reply as well as 4 points for every thread made. The catch is that only posts that are 40 characters long will earn points. So simply posting things like "WOW amazing" will not earn anything.
Also there are several forums that do not earn points. The anything forum, help forum, and requests forum will not earn points. This is because these forums are not really discussion forums, and it is easy to spam to get a lot of points in these forums.
Amped Points Can Be Taken Away - This will occur in the case of spam/double posts. Any meaningless posts will result in point deductions. A penalty of a minimum 5 points will be taken away in the case of this. More point penalties will be assessed later.
Q. Why did my post end up getting deleted?
A. We will delete all inappropriate posts and threads when it is neccessary. This means you'll lose your amped points and your post count which are required to access our download and language sections. All one word posts and multiple posts of same words are included in this rule.
