Activity dwindling, download access rules

Due to the dwindling amount of activity on our forums, we have re-instated a 15 post requirement to download anything in our downloads forum.

Please start posting!

Ah I see, the rule is now back up. That's a good idea because people do tend to just download and never post.

Even many people on their introductions always asks if they need a specific amount of posts. But now they should be more active ^^

yeah I think its beneficial for the forums if we keep the download limits intact. Lots more people will post.

But theres also the problem with spam that we've dealt with, and I'm sure spam levels are going to be way up again.

Lol, I agree with you on the spamming portion. Lately, I've been seeing a lot of indecent posts on the forum, it's sorta polluting and ugly. Well, you know what they say: you win some and you lose some.

I wasn't posting much when the rule was off, just lurking about since there is not much activity... and the newbies remain incognito since they are not that active except for a chosen few...

Something should be done with all the dirty threads. For me, it's really making the forum look so ugly. Some of those idiot newbs keep making up threads with topics that already exist. For some strange reason, it just pisses me off. Maybe it's because I don't have tolerance for high levels of stupidity. Someone needs to start banning. x/
