A Tale Of Two Sisters
[Image: TwoSisters.jpg]

Synopsis
Su-Mi leaves the psychiatric hospital and arrives at her father’s house with her younger sister Su-yeon. They are met by their father, who seems strangely detached, and their stepmother, who seems to dislike Su-Mi and enjoys bullying her younger sister. While Su-Mi tries to stay protective of her younger sister, strange things start to occur in their house. It is now up to Su-Mi to try to figure out whether their house is haunted or if their stepmother is behind the strange occurrences or if this is a recurrence of her own psychological problems.

Review
Not many movies can top A Tale Of Two Sisters when it comes to style. The cinematography and the design of the house is alluring. Although A Tale Of Two Sisters is a horror flick (with scenes that will make you jump out of your seat) the movie is ultimately a thriller. You will be in suspense throughout the film because you are not sure what is happening. Is the house haunted? Is the stepmother crazy? Are the sisters delusional? Once the second major twist is revealed, things finally start to make sense, but  not until the last shocking scene do you learn what the cause of all the mystery is. One of the more memorable scenes seems to have been paying an homage to Japanese director Takashi Miike’s “Audition,” with a bloody sack being dragged down the hall. This movie felt a little long and the script wasn’t as strong as the visuals. But, once the surprises start happening everything starts to payoff. I recommend this for one of those late night, all the lights off in the house, film sessions.

Main cast
Su-mi – Im Su-jeong
Su-yeon – Moon Geun Young
Eun-joo (Stepmother) – Yeom Jeong-ah
Moo-hyeon (Father) – Kim Kap-su

RE: A Tale Of Two Sisters
This movie is Korean? When I first saw it, I thought it was Japanese. But the movies is confusing as did both girls die or just one of them was killed? The ending was weird for me. (probably because i saw only like 90% of it)

I saw this Korean Movie two years ago...and it was really scary!!. But I think it is a good film, a little gore for me, but good at all.
