Wow! I think that's great! My daughter is taking culinary arts in college right now. She comes from a long line of non-professional cooks. I myself have recently gotten hooked on sushi. I keep saying I'm going to try my hand at some but I've been afraid I'd mess it up.
I think this would be a great idea! I love finding new food to cook, and having the recipes submitted by other members means I have a greater chance of actually finding the ingredients to make food with
