Park Si Yeon is a model turned beauty queen turned actress. In year 2000, Park Si Yeon competed in Miss Korea Pageant competition alongside with Son Tae Young (Kwon Sang Woo's wife) where she won a second runner up. She made her first tv appearance in 2005 in "My Girl" where she won a Newcomer Award in 2006 SBS Acting Award. She also won as the Best New Actress in 43rd Baeksang Award that held last year (2007) for her role in her first movie "The Fox Family." She also appeared in various music videos of Woo Soo, SG Wannabe, Kim Jong Koo and MC the Max. She also did commercials for Biotherm Cosmetics, Levi's, Cass Beer, KFC Chicken Salad, Pearl Shining Shampoo, KTF, Enprani and Nate Drive. Park Si Yeon is also helping her younger sister in designing and making of some jewelry as well as advertising the line, the online jewelry store ParkK (http://www.parkk.co.kr).

In May 2005, her relationship with Eric Mun (Shinwa) was made public but due to personal differences, the two parted ways last April but agreed to remain friends with each other. Park made two films this 2008, the “Dachimawa Lee” which opened last August 2008 and the upcoming "Marine Boy" where she play a dangerous lady.
