With all those stereotypes around about Asians being thin, tiny, and weak, it's nice to see an Asian guy who's completely ripped take the time out of his day to make Youtube videos for the rest of us.
Six Pack Shortcuts is a program and Youtube Channel by a guy named Mike Chang. While he does try to sell you stuff on his websites, he also gives you a ton of stuff for free. Being that I've been trying to lose weight unsuccessfully this past year, I'm pretty glad I stumbled across his channel. Just take my money Mike!
