Asian Men: Date Supermodels

So recently I was given the chance to review a dating product by someone named Ryker Koh.

This guy Ryker Koh, he looks pretty cool, maybe not with the popped collar tho...
When I first looked at his sales page it looked very gimmicky and a little offensive even. On his page over at AsianDatingSuperstars , he wrote things such as "Why 99.9% of ALL Asian Men Cannot Pick-up Women" and "being an Asian guy SUCKS!" I'm not sure if that was the right approach for your sales page (is it a good idea to offend your target audience right before you try to sell them a product? Maybe that's a new marketing thing?), but I still gave it a chance because I saw that the product had parts written by David Tien (better known as the Asian Rake), who also writes a column here at Amped Asia. Dr. Tien also wrote a little blurb about this product called Asian Dating Superstars and said that "...Asian Dating Superstars interview series is a must-have..." and "You can tell from talking with him that Ryker feels strongly about helping fellow Asians everywhere become better at dating. He is not a pick-up community junkie. Rather, he's got heart and courage, and it shows. If you are an Asian man looking to get better with women, the Asian Dating Superstars interview series is a must-have." So since I do respect Dr. Tien a lot, I decided to forget my initial terrible impressions of his sales page.


I don't get why it says "If you're an Asian man, Just Close This Page Now!" Typo maybe?" Also the pictures of the two guys wearing sunglasses is not impressing me at all.


I hesitantly downloaded the free review version and gave it a good thorough read.

And I was absolutely stunned.



The information contained in here is amazing. Incredibly eye-opening. This is not your typical dating product. No pick-up lines and no bullshit theories.

I think the main reason I loved the product is because it consists of interviews and interviews only. It doesn't read like a typical book where the author gives you step by step facts on how to "pick-up chicks" or a guide on how to "seduce women." You get 13 very candid interviews from the best Asian dating coaches in the world. Each interviewee reveals very sensitive information about themselves and their experience as a dating coach in a no-nonsense no bullshit type way. There's no BS guarantees that are prevalent on most dating products like "seduce a woman without fail" or a "foolproof method to get into a girl's pants." No. It was interesting to hear some of these guys saying that they still do get rejected now or that there will always be a girl that will not fall for the techniques.

The content is also top notch. I found that each interviewee has expertise in different fields of Asian dating. You might be wondering how to seduce women in a foreign country like Japan. It's so conservative there that it's probably much different than seducing a girl in the States. There are dating coaches on this product that specialize in dating overseas who answer those types of questions. Then there's also coaches based in the United States who reveal information about dating Asian-American women or dating interracially with white women. Then there are some coaches who talk about dating multiple women and then some coaches who talk about monogamous relationships. So basically there's something in here for everyone.

And these guys aren't fakers either. They are very well known in the field of dating and have not only won awards, but have appeared on TV shows and newspapers. These guys have seduced Playboy Playmates and actresses and models. None of them are extremely handsome or tall. One of the coaches, Mr. M, who seduced a Playboy Playmate, is only 5' 6"!

The icing on the cake that really made this product interesting for me was the "reports." The reports are basically accounts that these coaches wrote about different seductions of women. They tell you the exact lines they said, their mentalities, the logistics of the seduction, and other helpful info that will let you replicate their success. A very interesting read.
